AI PoC & MVP Development
Turn AI concepts into working pilots that prove value. In 3–6 weeks you'll have a pilot running on your data — and an honest answer about whether it's worth scaling.
Why start with a pilot
Most AI initiatives fail on assumptions: the data isn't good enough, users won't trust the output, the cost per query doesn't scale. A pilot surfaces all of that for a fraction of a full build.
Weeks, not quarters
A working system on your real data in 3–6 weeks. Fast enough to keep momentum, thorough enough to trust the result.
Success defined up front
We agree measurable targets before we start — accuracy, time saved, cost per task — so "did it work?" has a factual answer.
An honest verdict
Scale it, adjust it, or kill it. We tell you which — including when the answer is that AI isn't the right tool. That honesty is the product.
The pilot process
Frame (week 1)
Pick one use case, define success metrics, and check data access. If the data won't support the pilot, you find out now — not in week five.
Build (weeks 2–4)
Model selection, prompt/pipeline engineering, and a usable interface. Evaluated continuously against the metrics from week one.
Test with real users (weeks 4–6)
Your team uses it on live work. We measure quality, trust, and cost under real conditions.
Decide
A results readout with a scale/adjust/stop recommendation, production cost projections, and — if you proceed — a roadmap to production. The pilot codebase carries forward; nothing is throwaway.
Common pilot candidates
Document-heavy workflows
Invoices, contracts, applications, claims — extraction and classification pilots routinely save hours per person per day.
Customer communication
Draft responses, triage inboxes, summarize threads — with human review where it matters.
Knowledge access
Ask questions across your internal docs, policies, and history — grounded answers with sources, not hallucinations.
AI-native product features
Founders: validate the AI feature at the core of your product before betting the roadmap on it. Pairs well with Product Development.
